Delphi Academy
Is dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations to learn how to learn. We mean by learning the eye-openers events, techniques and activities that form an ecosystem for each organisation. We believe that organisational learning is the only sustainable competitive and collaborative advantage that an individual, group, organisation or nation can have. Founders of Delphi Academy have worked for over sixteen years to develop an integrative organisational learning model that can help organisation, teams and individuals to improve their capacities and discover how they learn best. This model, called the learning-driven organisation, comprises three main subsystems as shown in the figure below.
